Laminated Glass
Laminated glass consists of two or more glass layers bonded together with a tough polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or SGP interlayer under heat and pressure. When broken, glass fragments adhere to the interlayer, preventing shattering and reducing injury risk. It offers superior safety, forced entry resistance, effective UV filtration, and excellent acoustic insulation. Widely used in skylights, balustrades, curtain walls, and overhead glazing, laminated glass enhances both building security and occupant protection.
