Tempered Skylight Glass is a safety-engineered glazing solution for residential overhead applications. Through a controlled thermal tempering process, it achieves significantly enhanced strength compared to standard annealed glass, combined with a safety fragmentation pattern.

Q: Can this glass be walked on?

A: No. it is designed for fixed overhead glazing. Walkable surfaces require specialized laminated and slip-resistant tempered glass.

Q: Does it block UV rays?

A: Tempered glass alone blocks a portion of UVB rays. Adding the Low-E coating significantly reduces UVA transmission, helping protect interior furnishings from fading.
