Package and shipping
Our packaging process employs a multi-layered approach to ensure safe delivery. Each individual glass pane is first isolated using premium separators such as wooden corks, plastic film, or anti-mildew treated paper. Following a stringent pre-shipment inspection to verify quality, the glass is placed into new, heavy-duty plywood crates engineered for ocean freight. The interior is cushioned with custom-cut foam. Finally, each sealed crate is reinforced externally with steel strapping for maximum security during transit.
