Custom Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is to heat the glass to a temperature lower than the softening temperature, and then conduct uniform and rapid cooling. The outside of glass will be fixed due to rapid cooling, while the inside will continue to shrink, resulting in compressive stress on the surface of glass and tensile stress on the inside. To break the tempered glass, the internal stress must be offset first, so that the mechanical strength and thermal stability of the glass are improved.

Production Processing

This flowchart illustrates the key stages in the production of tempered glass products. The process begins with the Glass original sheet as the raw material. It first undergoes Glass cutting to achieve the required dimensions. Next, the cut pieces proceed to Glass edging to smooth and shape the edges, followed by Glass punching to create any necessary holes or openings.

The prepared glass then enters the core Tempering process, where it is heat-treated to significantly increase its strength and safety characteristics, resulting in durable Tempered glass products. These products are then subjected to rigorous quality testing to ensure they meet all specified standards and performance criteria. Finally, the approved glass units undergo Safety packaging to protect them during storage and transportation, ensuring they reach the customer in perfect condition.

Packing&Shipping

Each glass sheet is separate by high quality of wooden corks, plastic film, paper, or anti-mildew power.
Before packing, each glass sheet must be inspected.
Using brand new, durable, seaworthy plywood crates with foam protection inside.
Each crate will be fasten by metal belt.
