Based on toughened glass, it uses laminated interlayers, sealed insulating units, or vacuum structures to block traffic, industrial, and crowd noise. Typical STC values range from 35 to 45, reducing street noise from ~80 dB to below 45 dB in indoor spaces. The glass is 3–5 times stronger than ordinary float glass. When boken, it shatters into small, blunt granules, minimizing injury risk. The product can be customized in size, color, hole position, and shape to fit aluminum or thermal-break window frames. Custom logos and anti-counterfeit markings can be screen-printed as required. It is ideal for residential buildings, home studios, schools, hotels, and hospitals – anywhere a quiet, safe environment is needed.

Techncal Parameters & Global Standards

Thickness ranges from 3 mm to 19 mm. Common insulating glass configurations include 5+12A+5, 6+12A+6, and triple-pane units. Air gap can be 6–20 mm, optionally filled with inert gas. LOW-E coated units achieve K-values as low as 0.4–1.8 W/m²K. Sound reduction can exceed 40 dB for triple laminated insulating glass. With special PVB and asymmetric glass thickness, STC can reach 40–45.
